Adobe CS3 Install Failure notes:

1. Download the Microsoft Cleanup Script: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
2. Download Adobe CS3 Cleanup Script: http://adobe.com, then enter CS3Clean in search box.
3. Run CS3Clean twice on level 2 which should remove all CS3 program items as well as everything in the registry.
4. Reboot, and try again.
5. If it still won’t install run the Windows Cleanup Script and highlight all Adobe Products.
6. Run the Adobe CS3 Cleanup on level 4 twice.
7. Manually remove the Adobe directories under Program Files and under Program Files\Common Files.
8. Re-install
9. If it still doesn’t work create a new user and try again after cleaning up again as above.
10. Use selective startup to only install Microsoft software and try again.
11. The last resort is to do a clean Windows install and try again.
